Today I want to talk about something I am very excited about… INSANITY MAX:30! Who should do this program? Well, anyone who does not have a serious injury or who is not on any sort of medical hold from working out. I might not recommend it to a beginner but if you have got a lot of heart and are REALLY willing to DIG DEEP to get fast results then GOOD FOR YOU, give it a go! Who should ABSOLUTELY do this? Anyone who has conquered Insanity, T25, P90X, P90X3, Chalene Extreme or is just obsessed with any sort of fitness. The idea behind this program is you go literally AS HARD AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN, you hold NOTHING back, you save NOTHING for later, until you CAN NOT go any more.
